At LE PRIMECARE, we offer eligible veterans a less-costly option for long-term care that involves nursing, therapy services and personal care. We offer direct one-on-one care in your home or any living arrangement you prefer. Because long-term care is flexibly scheduled by nature, you have more control over the level of assistance you get from our team.
